About

Hi I’m Heather,

I have dedicated my life to understanding what trauma does to the mind and body and how it presents in both so that I can help my clients move through the parts of their past that hold them back.

I am passionate about helping people reclaim their hope and life-purpose after devastating and traumatic circumstances have rendered them emotionally, psychologically, or physically compromised.

I enjoy partnering with clients to firmly but gently help them find inner peace through validating their experiences and processing their traumatic events. I appreciate the opportunity to encourage clients as they prepare to bravely step into the next chapter of their lives by helping them explore and develop an improved sense of self.
